Daisuke holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He began his career in venture capital, where he was responsible for fund structuring and supporting startups. After completing his MBA, he joined Deloitte Consulting Japan, providing advisory services to mid and large-sized Japanese clients. He later served as a Group Manager at Nomura Research Institute Singapore, where he supported Japanese companies in developing overseas strategies, conducting market research, facilitating market entry, and executing M&A activities. In addition to his role at DAIHO, he is also the Chief Consultant at World Business Associates, a Japanese consulting firm comprising over 100+ experienced, certified consultants with extensive domestic and international expertise. He leverages his extensive network to provide collaborative support for Japan market-related themes.
MATSUO Akihiro

After graduating from Keio University, Akihiro began his career at a system vendor before becoming a Certified Public Accountant. He then joined a major audit firm, where he served as an audit senior, overseeing audits for numerous companies, including Japanese global enterprises.
Following his time in audit, he took on a key financial leadership role at a major restaurant chain, managing financial and accounting operations across domestic and overseas subsidiaries. He later established his own CPA practice, expanding his expertise beyond tax and audit services.
Akihiro has extensive experience handling post-M&A financial integration (PMI), financial accounting, and IT-related projects for small and mid-sized enterprises. His strength lies in supporting corporate growth through comprehensive financial and accounting advisory services.
